Will it quote prices or answer questions about my listings?+
No. Speedlead is deliberately narrow. It takes a message and passes it to you. It won't quote price guides, talk strata fees, or make any claim about a property. You ring back and have the conversation.
What if a vendor calls, not a buyer?+
